Nestled in the stunning mountains, this hotel is perfect for winter sports lovers who want to be just a stone's throw from a cable car to the ski resort. the rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and well-working bathrooms. Friendly staff are always at the ready to help, and the nearby restaurant is a great spot for a warm meal after a day on the slopes.
There is some noise from maintenance works in the evenings.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking mountain views and a convenient shuttle service to the nearby ski resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a unique ice rink attached to the property. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere warm and hospitable. Lastly, I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, everything was spotless!

Great location for winter sports, with easy access to ice rink and skiing, and scenic mountain views. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the nearby restaurants offered a variety of tasty cuisine.
The hotel lacked certain modern amenities, such as elevators and luxurious furnishings, that some may expect from a high-end hotel. the walls were thin, causing some noise from other guests to be audible throughout the night.

Fantastic location, unique ice rink, close to Shymbulak resort for skiing, public bus to town, friendly staff.

The hotel had everything we needed for our city break. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to a nearby restaurant and a shuttle that took us up to breathtaking views. The room was clean and heated, with WiFi in some rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even had a connection to a unique ice rink!
We did find some downsides to our stay. The overall design was basic and clearly made for groups rather than individual travelers. Although guests were provided with bed linen, it was up to us to make our own beds. We also found the lack of breakfast and restaurant options disappointing. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend it to travelers who are looking for a comfortable place to stay that is close to key locations.
